Sholing fell to another narrow defeat in a frustrating game where they failed to find the back of the net for the 3rd time in 5 league games played.  It was the familiar story of missed chances and then the opposition taking advantage, although overall, Highworth created the better chances.   Dan Miller headed over early on when he outjumped the keeper, but the only goal of the game came on 41 minutes when the pacy & skillful Edjidja Mbunga was played in on the left and he was able to draw Gosney and slot home.  HT 1-0

Despite the Boatmen pushing forward in the second half, they couldn't create a decent chance for an equaliser, with the home team looking more dangerous in front of goal, hitting the woodwork, having a chance cleared off the line and Gosney forced into a good save.   Sholing will have to find their scoring boots soon to have any chance of gaining points in the Southern League.  FT 1-0
